Socks for the Sole
Community Health Center is collecting socks for Preschool – High School in Fort Dodge. If you
are able, please consider donating a pair of socks for their sock drive. You can drop them off at
Shimkat Motor Co. located at 3126 5 th Ave S by Monday, August 1. They will match pair for pair
dropped off at their location!
Back-to-School Block Party
Tuesday, August 9, from 5-8p
Community Health Center and UDMO are having a back-to-school block party! It will take place in the parking lot behind the building located at 126 N 10th Street. They will be providing a free meal, games, and other resources. If your child needs a well child visit, immunizations, sports physicals or dental exams, please call to schedule an appt at 515-576-6500. They will be doing appointments from 10am to 4 pm. If you or someone you know needs a new backpack for their child, give UDMO a call at 515-576-7774 and they can be picked up at the block party.
