CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES

Christmas Eve services are 4 pm and 7 pm in person. We will do reserved signups for the 4 pm and 7 pm services for a total of 75 people at each service. An online service will also be available on Facebook. You will need to call the office 515-576-2103 to sign up, first come-first served. All mask and social distancing mandates will apply.

ADULT BIBLE STUDY
Monday Morning Bible study will resume meeting in-person in the Fellowship Hall at 10am on Mondays, Starting on December 21. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. We will take a break during Christmas and resume January 4. 

CARD SHOWER – SUE SELTZ’S RETIREMENT
There will be a card shower during the month of December in appreciation of Sue Seltz’s service as Financial Manager to St. Olaf and celebration of her retirement late this fall. There will be a larger celebration for Sue as soon as it is safe to do so.

BAPTISMS
Baptisms may be scheduled moving forward. They will be available on Wednesday evenings at either 5 or 7 pm or Sundays at 10 am. A total of 10 people, including Pastor Emily, will remain in effect for baptisms. All mask and social distancing mandates will apply. Please call the office to schedule. 515-576-2103

CONFIRMATION CLASSES will be on break during Christmas break. We will resume on January 6th

IGNITE will also be on break. On Dec 23 & Dec 30th. We will meet again on January 6. Keep your eyes open on how we plan to meet.    

ST. OLAF CHRISTMAS YARD SIGNS
In an effort to stay closely connected during this pandemic, St. Olaf yard signs are now available from the church inside the glass entry at the West entrance North door. Stop by and get one for your front yard. A free will offering can be placed in the locked mailbox in the entrance. Stay Connected!

 

END OF YEAR GIVING CHALLENGE 2020St. Olaf received an anonymous donation of $25,000. We give God thanks & praise for this gift! This donor encourages St. Olaf members to collectively match this amount in the month of December. We hope you all rise to the challenge. Happy Advent!
