He has lived his whole life in Fort Dodge except for three years at Loras College in Dubuque. He owned Clean All with his former spouse for 31 years and now is sole proprietor of Slim Jim Window Washing. Together Jim and his wife Mindy have six children and nine grandchildren. He and Mindy cherish time spent loving on the grandkids, gardening, traveling, hiking and especially dancing. He enjoys working with youth, visiting shut-ins, and preaching God\u2019s Word.
